I am wondering what people think about this question. It seems to me that Organized crime is better with not hurting the incoent civilans, except for the sake downs and stuff. Here is a my breakdown for what is organized crime and what is a gang. Organized crime- Mafia, Triades, Yakuza, others like that Gangs Black discplies, M14, others like that. If you think I was a little skimpy with info I can add more.
